\n Kazuo Ohno<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/p>\n\n Allow dance to emerge naturally, dance touching the depths of the human soul, nourish the Beauty of the present moment and Presence, let forms become expressions of the soul.<\/p>\n\n The proposed training combines, in an original and organic way, Sensitive Dance<\/b><\/span>\u00ae<\/sup><\/b><\/span> with preparatory practices for Butoh, allowing us to: seek organic movement, listening to the body messages, nurture our sensations and our roots in relation to the earth, learn to move from the center; release tension, explore the subtle movements that arise from the skeleton and support dance; practice a conscious touch, which listens, and awakens a vital movement; rediscover a verticality that breathes, connected to our center, a place of peace that unites the energy of the earth and the sky; nurture the state in which we are danced.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n In Butoh dance,<\/b> the body, mind, heart, and soul dance in unison, Consciousness expands, transporting us to another space-time, a \u201cdream time\u201d, where the unconscious, strengths and weaknesses, spirits, archetypes and mystery dance. <\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n To dance Butoh, we enter a meditative state of \u201cemptiness\u201d and return to the \u201cempty body\u201d of the origins, a natural body, free from social and cultural limitations, in a state where we are danced. When the body and Being are in contact with this vibrant emptiness, which permeates Creation, we are free to dance the beauty and mystery of every manifestation of life, and creation becomes spontaneous, natural, and free. A dance of transformation, embodying the spirit or energy of the whole: the multiple manifestations of Nature, its cycles, the human soul, inner landscapes, images of art, poetry, myths, personal and universal memories, our ancient and wild nature.
\n<\/p>\n\n The birth of a dance is a moment of openness, where we can feel a great force and love being released, to experience eroticism, sensuality, the feeling of things, catharsis, to expand Consciousness, to create a ritual.<\/p>\n\n The workshop will be accompanied by live improvised music by Tivitavi (Tibetan bowls, gongs, didjeridoo, percussion, stones, natural sounds, electronic sounds, flutes and vocals).<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n Open to everybody<\/strong><\/p>\n\n This training and experience are useful for both the performing arts and personal growth. The course is aimed at anyone who wishes to undertake a journey of awareness through the body: dancers, performers, actors, artists, therapists, educators, psychologists, people on a path of personal research. No dance training is necessary.
